    Horrible Customer Service with Preorder Items

    Originally the preorder ship date was February 28th, it was pushed to March 5th. Today is March 5th and nothing has changed with my order. I've tried reaching out to customer service 50 times to cancel my order AND NOBODY RESPONDS . I;ve place this order since the beginning of January for a Birthday Trip in Mid march. This is HORRIBLE customer service and ridiculous way to update customers with a chatbot that has no answers

    Hi lovely,
    Your order was actually packed yesterday, which was the 5th of March. Our orders are usually picked up mid morning so the shipping should have updated today. I understand the original ship date was the 28th of February, however, it is truely out of our hands if shipment is delayed. As I mentioned, your order has gone out so this will arrive in the next 4-6 business days.

    Item Never Received

    I never received this item. The tracking number (8357897192) details says: "Shipment information received." No tracking information appears and the item was never delivered. I am seeking a refund.

    Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous

    I absolutely love this skirt the material is so heavy and double lined and it hugs you in all the right places but i wish the rope that wraps around the waist was detachable as it’s almost impossible to go into it . I had to put it on from the top which was a nightmare but my tailor detached it and added a hidden hook from the back otherwise can’t fault is at all
