In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email.

Please ensure all details provided at checkout are correct - including your email address, shipping address and contact number. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay your order and prevent tracking updates from reaching you.

Before placing your order, verify that your email address, shipping address, and contact number are correct. Once submitted, orders cannot be changed. Since orders ship quickly, we cannot guarantee we’ll see any change requests or emails in time to update your address or other details before dispatch. Providing accurate information is also crucial to avoid delays and ensure you receive delivery notifications.

If you're not home to receive your order and haven't organised an alternative collection method, the package may be returned to us. If this happens, we'll notify you via email.

Please note: any return shipping costs incurred will be payable by the customer. Re-shipping costs are also payable by the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All parcels are sent with reputable shipping couriers, if you have inquiries on a missing parcel, or your parcel has been delayed, please contact the shipping company we used to ship your parcel and provide them with your tracking number. 

 

CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES 

MÉLANI is not liable for any custom clearance fees or delays a customer may experience due to customs. 

Custom costs are determined by your local customs office and is out of our control. Custom fees and import taxes and payable by the customer. If you are unsure of the costs you may incur when your parcel arrives in your country, be sure to contact your local customs office. We are unable to give any cost estimations. 

if a customer chooses to reject a parcel due to custom fees, the customer will be liable to pay any returned shipping costs.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

- Orders that include a PRE ORDERED item will be dispatched once that item becomes available in our warehouse. 

- Items that are available for PRE ORDER will state this on their product information page

- Pre Order delivery dates are an estimate only and may arrive before or after the timeframe on the website. 

Please note: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be held and dispatched together once the pre-order item is ready. If you'd like to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those pieces.
