Do you ship internationally? Where do you ship from? We are an international fashion brand and ship worldwide. All orders are sent from our head office located in South Australia. All international orders are shipped via DHL EXPRESS.
Can i cancel or make changes to my order? Our dedicated team goes above and beyond to have your orders sent out as soon as possible, and therefore we can not always guarantee that we can cancel or make changes to your order. If your order has not yet been sent out, please email us on email@example.com if you wish to cancel or make changes to your order.
How long is shipping within Australia? We ship all Australian orders via AUSTRALIA EXPRESS POST. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive once it has left our warehouse. We aim to have all orders sent the following business day from when your order is received.

Do we need to pay custom/duties taxes when ordering from your website?MÉLANI does not charge custom taxes and the prices within the online store do not include taxes that you may incur. Who pays for redelivery of an exchange? If you are an Australian customer, the item you wish to exchange will need to be shipped back to us at your own expense. Your requested exchanged item will then be sent to you free of charge. Due to higher than usual shipping costs, we do not currently offer exchanges outside of Australia.

What happens if the tracking i received doesn't work? Please allow 48 hours for your tracking to update. If you are still having any issues tracking your order after 48 hours, please don't hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can further assist you.
What is pre-order? Pre-order allows customers to place an order for an in-demand style before it is available for delivery. Each pre-order item has an estimated delivery date of when it will be dispatched. Pre-order items still require full payment to secure your pre-order item.
What happens if i purchase an in stock item and pre-order item together? If you place an order for an in stock item and a pre-order item together, your full order will be sent out when the pre-order item is ready to be dispatched. If you need your in stock item as soon as possible, please make a seperate purchase.
