We're truly sorry to hear about your experience with the GIA Gown not meeting your expectations. We take great care in our sizing guides and quality control, so it's disappointing to hear that the fit wasn't right for you. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that the size guide will be accurate for every customer. We haven’t had many issues with this either, but will take your feedback on board.
Additionally, each of our pieces is designed with two layers of fabric specifically chosen for comfort and coverage, so we're concerned to hear about the transparency issues you experienced. This is one of our best selling signature pieces, especially for bridal events and we have not heard any negative feedback regarding the transparency of the gown. We believe due to purchasing a smaller size, this could have caused the dress to be stretched out on the body a little too much, causing it to become more transparent.
