RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

AUSTRALIAN & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

Prior to purchasing online, please take into account:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; excluding cases in which products are confirmed to be faulty by our team. 

Due to current restrictions, return costs for international customers are higher than average. Please take this into account prior to purchasing online. 

 

To refund or exchange products, get in touch with the MÉLANI TEAM via the contact page provided through our website. 

We accept returns and exchanges with proof of purchase on items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.

If you have received a faulty item, please contact the MÉLANI team within 48hours of receiving the item. Please provide images of the faults. 

 Items which are NOT eligible for a refund or exchange include: 

  • Items returned outside the returns period stated above 
  • Custom made orders
  • Sale items 
  • Damaged items from being worn. 
  • Items returned without tags intact 
  • Items showing signs of wear
  • Items which have been washed or altered
  • Items not in their original condition

MÉLANI prides itself on the quality of the garments we sell. We ensure each item is checked before being sent out.  

PROCESSING TIMES 

REFUNDS
Allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed and up to an additional 5 days for the funds to reach your account depending on your payment method.

EXCHANGES 

We will contact you via email within 24-48hrs of receiving your retuned parcel. Please allow up to 7 business days for your new item to arrive to you. 

 Please note: MÉLANI is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
