Although the dress was beautifully made and I ordered the size recommended by the size chart on the website (XL), the strap was very loosely fitting. Upon requesting a return, I was given the return address and informed that I would be responsible for the shipping costs. After a lengthy search for a reasonable shipping rate, the cheapest price was $200 to return the dress. I contacted customer service for assistance in returning the item. It was disappointing to receive mediocre customer service and be advised to use a "different postal company". This is after I have expressed that I have exhausted all possible options in finding an affordable postal service. In my correspondence with customer service, I made it clear that I would prefer to keep the dress rather than attempt to return it for a higher cost than what I originally paid. It is not the products themselves that I recommend not purchasing from this company, but rather the customer service, or lack thereof, I am not satisfied with.
